Hey everyone,
This case has been weighing heavy on my mind lately. I keep thinking about the family Willie's left behind, especially his five kids. It's hard to imagine the void that's now in their lives. I can't fathom losing someone so suddenly and in such a violent way. It makes you wonder how they are coping and what kind of support system they have around them during this time.
Does anyone know if there are community resources in Mobile or Theodore that might be coming together to support Willie's children and family? Local churches or groups maybe? I'd love to know if there's some kind of fund or effort we can contribute to—no kid should have to go through something like this without knowing that people care. It's so important in times like these to show up for each other in whatever way we can.

It's deeply troubling to hear about William "Willie" Burton's tragic death. I keep thinking about his kids, losing their father in such a senseless way. No matter what anyone's past is, it’s a terrible thing for children to have to grow up without a parent. I'm also puzzled by this Kerry Miller arrest—something isn't adding up for me. If he indeed claims he’s innocent, what evidence do they have against him? I hope the authorities have solid proof before moving forward, and that justice, in the truest sense, prevails. My heart goes out to Burton’s family and especially his children. It's a heavy burden for such young lives to bear.
