It's so devastating to hear about what happened to Jacob Wade Smith. I can only imagine the pain his family must be feeling. I came across one of his poems online, and it truly gave me a sense of how deep and thoughtful he was. It's hard to believe how quickly things turned from an argument to such a tragic event. It makes you think about how fragile life is and how important it is to resolve conflicts peacefully. I hope that the ongoing investigation will shed some light on how this tragedy unfolded and bring the Smith family some sense of closure. My thoughts are with everyone who knew and loved him.
