It's been almost 10 months since Michael John Lewis disappeared, and I can't stop thinking about why there haven't been any confirmed sightings of him since he left Mason General Hospital. Has anyone explored the area around the hospital for any potential clues, or checked surveillance footage from nearby businesses? Given that Mason General is in a somewhat remote area, I'm concerned something might have happened to him shortly after he left. Considering he left all his vehicles behind and was on foot, it's odd that no one has spotted him, especially at that height. Just trying to brainstorm any potential leads here—any thoughts?
