Michael John Lewis, a 42-year-old man, was last seen on January 26, 2023, after being discharged from Mason General Hospital in Shelton, Washington. He left the hospital on foot, having left behind all his vehicles, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a heavy-duty hooded camouflage-print jacket and dark blue jeans. He is described as being 6'3" and weighing around 180 pounds.
