Hey everyone, I can’t stop thinking about the more complex aspects of Ahmad Simms’ case, especially with how Andre Dubose was initially released into a High Intensity Supervision Program due to health concerns and limited evidence. I understand the concern for human rights and fair treatment, but it’s so troubling when someone charged with such a serious crime is let back out, especially knowing he allegedly violated the terms of his release. What does everyone think about these supervision programs? Are they effective, or do they put the community at risk? It seems like balancing justice and public safety is incredibly challenging here. My heart goes out to Ahmad’s family and friends, who deserve closure and peace. It must be so hard for them to watch this complex process unfold. Hoping the upcoming hearings bring some answers.

I just can't stop thinking about the circumstances around Ahmad Simms' case, especially considering how the justice system has handled Andre Dubose. It must be incredibly difficult for Ahmad's family to see Dubose back in jail now after being released on the supervision program earlier. This whole saga with the supervised release and the violation of conditions seems like such a rollercoaster. How can the system ensure public safety and justice for the victim's family when an alleged perpetrator is back out on the streets and getting into more trouble? It seems like Dubose had another run-in with the law even after the initial charges, which is so concerning. My heart goes out to Ahmad's loved ones who are undoubtedly still grieving while this case drags on. I really hope that any of us with information can step forward and help close this case for good. Justice for Ahmad is long overdue, and his family deserves closure.
