I was reading about Sidney Saxton's case, and it’s deeply unsettling to think about the struggles the community is facing with gun violence. With 23 homicides already this year, I can't help but feel the weight of the situation. Sidney was clearly a significant part of his community, and losing someone who was cherished so much makes you wonder about the ripple effects on family and friends left behind. How do you even start to address these issues as a community when there’s so much fear? I hope people come forward with information to help bring some justice for Sidney and others affected by these senseless acts. His family deserves to have some answers and peace.
