Has anyone else been researching the protocols for police pursuits, particularly in cases involving minors as passengers? My heart goes out to young Jaylen and his family, and it’s just devastating to think about the circumstances leading to his loss. While understanding that law enforcement has difficult decisions to make during these situations, I'm really curious about what guidelines are in place to protect innocent passengers like Jaylen. Are there any policies that suggest modifying pursuit tactics when a child is involved? It’s hard to fathom how quickly things escalated, ending in such an unimaginable tragedy. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts or any information you might have on how these protocols could potentially be improved to prevent something like this from happening again.

I've been following Jaylen's case and it seems like it's not getting nearly the attention it deserves, especially in terms of the procedural aspects. Has anyone looked into how the pursuit protocols were reviewed after the accident? I feel like this tragedy could have been avoided if there were stricter guidelines for when and how pursuits should occur, especially with a child in the car. It’s just so sad to think about how this young life was taken so abruptly. The whole situation makes you wonder about the role decision-making plays during these intense moments. My heart goes out to Jaylen’s family and friends who are left trying to make sense of such a senseless loss. It just feels like more should be done to prevent this kind of tragedy in the future. What do you guys think?
