Hey everyone, I’ve been following EJ’s case closely, and I can't help but think about the friend he was trying to help that fateful day. It's such a tragic twist of fate that his genuine desire to support someone in need places him in harm's way. I think it’s incredibly important to remember that EJ was just trying to do a good deed. As we talk about crime and justice, we sometimes overlook the very real and human stories behind them. His choice to help his friend highlights the kind of person he was—selfless and compassionate. It breaks my heart to see good intentions met with such violence. I hope his friend finds peace and healing, knowing that EJ's actions were out of pure kindness. It further reinforces the message of how we need to protect our community members who strive to make the world a better place, even just one person at a time. We should always honor those who act out of love and kindness, just like EJ did. Sending all my thoughts and love to EJ’s family and friends. It’s clear he was loved by many and his spirit will live on through the memories of those who knew him.
