Hi all, I’ve been thinking a lot about Johnny Mann and what his family must be going through. It's a complete tragedy to lose someone in such a violent way. I can't imagine what it would be like to have your loved one gunned down and then have to wait for so long for justice to be served. The wait for legal proceedings to unfold must feel endless and excruciating, as they are left grappling with their grief while hoping for some sense of closure. Additionally, I find it concerning how violence seems to be escalating in places considered home by many. Communities like Southtown Court should be safe spaces, yet they’re often where individuals fall victim to such heinous acts. It's essential for us to discuss how we can support these communities and prevent further tragedies in the future. My heart goes out to Johnny's family and the residents who must now confront such a terrifying reality.
