Hi all, I’ve been following Shay Tyler Torgerson’s case closely and something caught my attention. Does anyone know if there were any community events or gatherings happening around the Wabasha Street Bridge on March 27th when he was last seen? Given that it’s a pretty populated area, I'm wondering if there’s a chance someone might have noticed something but hasn't realized its significance. Maybe someone attending an event saw him and didn’t think much of it at the time. Just hoping if there were more eyes on the area, it might spark someone's memory to come forward with new information. ? Stay hopeful, everyone!
