Shay Tyler Torgerson, a 29-year-old from St. Paul, Minnesota, was last in contact with his family on March 26, 2023. The following day, on March 27, 2023, he was reportedly seen in downtown St. Paul near the Wabasha Street Bridge. Since then, he has not been heard from, and his disappearance has been classified as an endangered missing person case.
