Rebecca "Becky" Rodriguez, a 16-year-old, was last seen on the evening of July 16, 1977, in Brentwood, California. She was with her older sister, 19-year-old Evangeline Silva, and Silva’s boyfriend, Kenneth John Beltram. The trio had spent time in Brentwood Park before telling others they were heading either to Oakley or Hogg Island. Rebecca and her sister were last seen getting into Beltram’s car.
