Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case of James "Trell" Jackson recently, and it’s hard to shake off the feeling of injustice surrounding it. What stood out to me is the way his memory is kept alive by his family, especially the love they show every year by gathering at the site where he was taken from them. What heartbreaking strength they must have to keep facing down that pain, year after year.
Tawanna Jordan's words about anger and the desire for closure really struck me. I can’t imagine what it must feel like to not only lose a loved one in such a violent way but to also have zero answers for a whole decade. Those twins, now bearing his name, are growing up without their dad, which is an added layer of tragedy—James was right on the brink of a completely new chapter when this happened.
I’m hoping someone will remember something or that new info comes out soon. A $5,000 reward is on the table, but it feels like no amount of money can fix the void they’ve been left with. We can’t forget these unresolved cases and must continue to support the Jackson family in their fight for justice. Let’s keep spreading the word and keep Trell’s memory alive.
Does anyone else have updates on this case or know if there have been any new developments recently?
I read about James "Trell" Jackson's case and my heart goes out to his family and friends, especially his sister, Tawanna Jordan. The annual gatherings at the spot where he was taken from them are a brave way to keep his memory alive, but it must be incredibly tough each year to relive that pain. I can’t even begin to imagine the mix of emotions they feel—especially when you consider that James was so close to welcoming his twins into the world. Those kids growing up without their father and only knowing his story through others is such an awful thing. It's truly frustrating that, even after all these years, justice hasn't been served. I hope that someone with information finds the courage to come forward. His family deserves answers and peace.
Hey everyone,
I've been following James "Trell" Jackson's case, and it’s truly baffling how there have been no arrests even after all these years. Something that really stands out to me is the annual gatherings his family organizes at the site where he was killed. It's evident how much love and dedication they have for him, and it’s admirable that they keep his memory alive in such a profound way.
I can't help but think about how tough it must be for James’s twins, who never got to meet their dad. Growing up hearing stories about how he could light up a room with his smile, but knowing him only through those stories—that's got to be incredibly hard. I'm hoping that the reward they’re offering might encourage someone to come forward with new information. It’s heartbreaking seeing a family suffer for so long without answers.
Does anyone think it might be worth revisiting the initial reports or maybe even crowd-solving with fresh eyes? Sometimes new perspectives can bring things to light that were previously overlooked. Let’s keep discussions going and hope for some breakthrough soon.
Sending strength to his loved ones. Their resilience truly inspires.
