I came across Terri Foster's case recently and have been thinking about the construction activity at David Douglas Park during that time. With the park under construction, there must have been workers or people around the site who might have seen something unusual but didn't report it, thinking it was irrelevant or just part of their daily routine. It's 1977, and construction sites weren't as tightly regulated as they are now—people could be coming and going without much documentation. Does anyone know if the police ever questioned the construction workers or other people who might have been at the park around the time Terri's body was found? I genuinely feel for Terri's family and can't imagine the pain they've gone through all these years without answers. It would be amazing if someone who was around at the time came forward with even a fragment of information. Maybe if we spread more awareness about the case, someone might remember something.

Hey everyone, I was just thinking about the location where Terri Foster was found. David Douglas Park was under construction back in 1977. It must have been a chaotic place, with workers coming and going. I wonder if any construction workers or nearby residents from back then remember anything odd or unusual around the time of her tragic death. Maybe someone saw a person or vehicle that seemed out of place but never thought it was important at the time. Even the smallest detail could be crucial now. It's difficult to imagine the pain Terri's family and friends have endured all these years without answers. I really hope that someone who remembers something from that period is out there reading this and can provide a lead. Vancouver PD is still open to any piece of information, big or small, that might help bring some justice to Terri and her loved ones. Let's keep this discussion going and try to find some closure. ?

Has anyone looked into the construction workers who were present at David Douglas Park when Terri Foster was found? I feel like that's an angle worth exploring, considering the park was under construction at the time. It’s possible someone working there might have seen or heard something unusual. It’s been so many years, but you never know what someone might remember if prompted. My heart goes out to Terri’s family and friends who have had to live without answers for so long. Hopefully, someone comes forward with the information they need.
