Has anyone else found it odd that there was no sign of a struggle at the scene where Nelson P. Byerly was found? Given the remote nature of the location and the fact that Nelson was often meeting clients in these areas, you'd think there might be more signs of something going amiss. It makes me wonder if Nelson might have known his attacker or felt comfortable enough not to suspect any danger. Maybe that's why it happened so fast and quietly? My heart goes out to his family and friends who are left with these unanswered questions. The detail about the light-colored, full-size car is intriguing, but how has that not led anywhere after all these years? Hoping that revisiting these aspects might spark a new lead for investigators.
Has anyone else been thinking about the car seen at the scene? I find it pretty strange that there haven't been more details about that light-colored full-size car. In a small community like ours, you'd think someone would recognize it or remember something about it. It's a clue that might have some potential, yet there’s been radio silence on whether it’s been identified or linked to someone. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but with so few clues in Nelson Byerly's case, it seems like a thread worth pulling at. Remembering that time, it was pretty normal for people to notice details like car models since they weren't as varied as today. Holding hope for Nelson’s family and friends that more information surfaces, and this case can finally find some form of resolution. Each detail, no matter how small, could be the key to unlocking the truth.
