Does anyone know anything more about the connection to Tijuana where Richard’s truck was found? I can't help but think there's something significant about it turning up so far away and five years after his disappearance. It's such a bizarre detail. Did he have any ties to Mexico or could someone have taken his truck there to cover their tracks? I feel so much for his friends and family. They must be desperate for answers and closure. Hey everyone, I've been thinking about Richard's case, and one detail that really stands out to me is the timeline around his truck.
