I was reading about Kenneth Jones' case from 1992, and it's so sad to think about how unresolved it still is. It seems like such a nice area, too, being a residential neighborhood where people should feel safe. It makes you wonder if someone in one of those nearby houses saw or heard something that could be valuable. I keep hoping someone remembers something, even a small detail, that might help. If anyone was living around West Queen Street back then, please rack your brains—there might be something seemingly insignificant that you know. Sending thoughts to Kenneth’s family after all these years. They deserve answers.
I've been thinking a lot about the Kenneth Jones case recently, and one detail that catches my attention is the area where the shooting happened. It's so baffling that even though this occurred in a residential neighborhood where you'd assume people would be around to see or hear something, we still don’t have answers more than three decades later. I drove past West Queen Street once, and it’s the kind of place where sounds echo between houses—surely, someone must’ve seen something back then? It's incredibly frustrating that fear or forgetfulness might be holding back crucial information. I can't imagine what Kenneth's family has gone through all these years without closure. It’s so important for anyone who might remember anything, no matter how small, to come forward. After all this time, it’s time for the community to rally and help put the tragic puzzle pieces together.
