I’ve been following the tragic case of Osbaldo Zavala-Hernandez, and something that has grabbed my curiosity is the lack of surveillance footage in the area. Given that it's 2016 when this happened, shouldn’t there have been some security cameras nearby that could have captured crucial details? South Galena Street isn’t exactly in the middle of nowhere. Are there any locals who can provide insight into the area?
My heart truly goes out to Ozzy’s family. It's unimaginable to not have answers after all these years. I’m hoping the right piece of information surfaces soon, helping to finally provide them the closure they deserve. I was thinking about Ozzy's case today and the ongoing effort by the Cold Case Unit in Denver. It's been over seven years, and it feels like the case has hit a standstill. I get frustrated thinking about the lack of answers for his family. I can't imagine the pain they endure every day, not having closure for someone they loved so dearly. It's commendable that the community and authorities are still trying to find justice for Ozzy, but it makes me wonder if we've collectively forgotten to keep pushing for answers. Does anyone think the investigation could benefit from new technology or reviewing the evidence with fresh eyes? Maybe we can spread the word again and keep his memory alive in hopes of jogging someone’s memory or conscience. Ozzy deserves more than just being another cold case file—his life and his family deserve answers.
