I've been following the Prudencio Tellez case closely, and it's truly upsetting to see how it's still unresolved after all these years. One thing that stands out to me is the location of the incident. That apartment complex on Gulf Freeway isn't somewhere he lived, and I'm curious about what drew him there that morning. Was he meeting someone, or was it just a random stop? The fact that a young Hispanic male was seen fleeing the scene makes me wonder if it was indeed a targeted attack and not just random violence. If anyone in this community remembers being around the area back then or hearing anything through the grapevine, please consider reaching out to HPD. It might just be the key to bringing some peace to Prudencio's family.
