I've been thinking a lot about Edgar Tapia's case from Houston, and what's been on my mind lately is the timing of it all. It just seems so strangely timed, being right after Edgar returned with his family. I can’t imagine the fear and chaos they must have felt in those moments. It makes me wonder if the attacker had been lurking around the complex, watching them, or if it was just a randomly tragic encounter. The fact that he was so brave to tell his family to run shows he had so much left to live for. It's frustrating that the case hasn't been solved yet because Edgar and his family deserve justice and closure. With more eyes on this case, hopefully, someone, somewhere remembers something that could help bring answers. My thoughts are so strongly with Edgar's family.
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Edgar Tapia's case from 2014, especially the angle of witness distance during such traumatic events. Can we talk about the challenges the family might have faced when trying to recall details right after witnessing such a horrific event?
In these situations, with all the chaos and emotional turmoil, how reliable are eyewitness accounts? Edgar's bravery in telling his family to run is a testament to his character, and I can't even imagine what his wife and kids went through in those moments.
Has anyone here ever been in a situation where it was hard to remember details immediately after an incident due to shock or adrenaline? I'd love to hear your thoughts or experiences. It's crucial for the investigation, but must be so tough for those directly affected.
Sending thoughts to Edgar's family.
