I recently stumbled upon the Chester Edwards case, and I can't stop thinking about what his family went through that morning. The fact that his wife had the presence of mind to escape with their children is commendable, but it must have been terrifying to have been pursued by gunfire. It could have easily ended in more tragedy. I'm really puzzled by the lack of progress in identifying the suspects. The description of the getaway vehicle, especially with that distinctive red "V" decal, seems like it could be a valuable clue. Does anyone know if HPD has tried reaching out to local auto shops or dealerships to track down that truck? It feels like that could be a solid lead. Sending thoughts to Chester's family during such a painful time and hoping someone comes forward with information. We need to keep this conversation alive and support HPD in getting justice for Chester.
