I can't stop thinking about the traumatic impact this must have had on the community, especially those who were there that night. It’s unimaginable - one minute you're enjoying a calm evening, and the next, it turns into a nightmare. To those who knew Ashley and Miguel, my heart goes out to you. Living in fear with a shooter still on the loose is terrifying. Do the police have any recent leads? Hopefully, someone steps forward with helpful information soon so justice can finally be served. The community deserves closure, and the families need to see some semblance of justice for Ashley and Miguel.
I still can't get over how devastating it must be for the Perdomo family to have lost little Ashley in such a senseless act of violence. I remember reading about the shooting at the Westward Square Apartments and just feeling so saddened by it all. It's so incredibly frustrating that the suspect is still at large, and the family doesn't have the closure they desperately need. It makes you think about the gaps in justice and how difficult it is sometimes for the authorities to get solid leads on cases like this.

I just hope that someone out there has the courage to come forward with information that could help finally identify the shooter. No family deserves to go through this, and four years later, it's a harsh reminder of how these unsolved cases can keep communities on edge. Sending all my thoughts to Ashley's family and the loved ones of Miguel Marquez. May they find some peace and justice in the near future.
