Hey everyone, has anyone looked into the ATM footage from the day Todd disappeared? I know it was 1992, so the video quality probably isn't great, but still, it could hold some clues. Was Todd acting normally, or did it look like anyone was with him or watching him? I wonder if they were able to determine if it was actually Todd withdrawing the money or if someone else might have used his card. I just find it odd he would just vanish like that after a seemingly regular transaction. If the footage is still around, maybe it could be enhanced with modern technology? Just some thoughts. Anyone have more info or thoughts on this?
