I’m surprised there's been so little attention on Byron "Joe" Davis in the online true crime community. One thing that sticks out to me is his love for hanging out at local garages. I mean, it might seem like a small detail, but considering mechanics or garage owners might have seen him around the day he disappeared, could they have noticed anything unusual? Maybe he left the garage with someone, thinking he was going to check out some cool new car? His trusting nature makes me uneasy in this situation. Someone with bad intentions could’ve easily led him away under the pretense of being friendly. It’s been so long, but if anyone used to work or hang out at those garages around 57th Street back in '93, it might be worth racking your brain for any stray memories. Let's keep the conversation going and see if we can crowdsource any new thoughts or avenues to explore.

Hi everyone. I’ve been following Byron “Joe” Davis’s case closely, and I stumbled upon something curious. Joe had a unique fascination with hanging around local garages to watch people work on cars. I wonder if someone he met in one of these garages might have some connection to his disappearance. It’s possible he might have mentioned his excitement about his upcoming trip to someone there, perhaps to the wrong person. Has anyone looked into the people who frequented those garages around the time he went missing? Maybe there’s someone out there who remembers a detail, however small, that might provide a clue. Just a thought! Let’s keep sharing ideas until we find something that can help solve this almost three-decade-old mystery.
