Shane Smith, a 35-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically died on July 31, 2022. He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting incident at a gas station in Upland Borough, which led to his vehicle crashing into a pole on Kerlin Street in Chester. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m., and Shane attempted to evade the shooter by speeding off, but ultimately crashed.
