I came across something intriguing about Thomas Mixon's case that I wanted to discuss. Mixon had a pretty distinctive tattoo - a tiger’s head on his chest. I find it strange that this specific detail was never mentioned by Sokolov or any of the witnesses who allegedly saw his body. You'd think something that noticeable would have been brought up during the trial, especially when Sokolov was charged. It makes me wonder if there's a chance Mixon's body was never actually found. Could this detail have been overlooked, or is there more to this story than we know? Anyone have any thoughts or info on whether tattoo details typically play a role in solving cases like this?
