Thomas James Mixon, a 26-year-old man from Buffalo, New York, was last seen on May 4, 1998, at his residence near Bryson Street and Memorial Drive. He was 5'8" tall, weighed about 140 pounds, and had light brown hair and blue eyes. Mixon had several distinguishing features, including a tattoo of a tiger’s head on his chest, a large scar on the left side of his chest, and a pierced left ear.
