Has anyone looked into other incidents at Clearview Trailer Park around the time of Mike's disappearance? I recently came across some old local newspaper archives, and it seems like there were several reports of theft and vandalism in the area during that summer. I'm wondering if there could be any connection or if someone in that community might have seen or heard something related to Mike. It's such an isolated area, I can't help but think that any unusual activity around that time could potentially be a clue worth pursuing. If anyone has insights or remembers details about what the atmosphere was like back then, especially in August '98, it might be helpful for gaining a better understanding of the context of the case.

Has anyone ever delved into the weather conditions on the day Mike disappeared? I mean, we know he was planning to go fishing at Thunderbird Lake, and since weather can play such a huge role in outdoor activities, it's worth considering if there was any unusual weather pattern that day that might have impacted him. Sudden storms or strong winds could have caused an accident on the water. I've tried to find historical weather data, but it seems scarce. Would love to hear if anyone else has any info or ideas on this angle!
