On a summer day in August of 1998, a 32-year-old man named Mike James Minor was at the Clearview Trailer Park in Noble, Oklahoma, and then was never heard from again. It is believed that he was intending to go fishing at Thunderbird Lake in Norman, a place he was known to enjoy.
