Hey everyone, I've been following Jimmy "Sunshine" Williams' case for quite some time now, and something that's always puzzled me is that sighting in Richmond on the white ten-speed bike. Richmond is about an hour from Henrico, and I can't help but wonder why he would head in that direction. Was it a place he was familiar with or maybe had connections there?
