Jimmy Lewis Williams III, age 45, was last seen on May 5, 1999, in Henrico, Virginia. He left his residence to go to a local store and was reported missing after failing to return. Four days later, a family member reportedly saw him riding a white ten-speed bicycle in Richmond, Virginia, but that was the last confirmed sighting of him. Williams, who was nicknamed "Sunshine" or "Shine," had distinctive tattoos, including a cross on his hand and a rose with the word "Redi" on his chest.
