I've been following Star Palumbo's case for a while now and something keeps gnawing at me—the letters to the White House found in her car. Why the White House? I mean, if she thought the government was after her, why not just head to the local police or FBI instead? Could these letters hint at someone she trusted or spoke about who gave her the idea? Maybe a friend or acquaintance fed into her paranoia, intentionally or not. It's also odd that she had $600 in cash on her; if you're on the run or planning to disappear voluntarily, that's a decent amount to fund yourself for a bit. Seems like she just vanished into thin air, but those letters feel like a major piece of the puzzle that we just don't have all the parts to yet. Anyone else have thoughts on what else could have led her to that point?
