Hey everyone, I stumbled across the Amber Hoopes case recently and something that really sticks out to me is the missing pickup truck. How did they determine it was related to Amber's disappearance? I find it interesting that the truck was found abandoned with extra miles on it. Could it be possible she was taken somewhere farther away than originally thought, and the truck was just a means to throw off the timeline? Also, given how close Hescock was to the family and shop, it doesn't feel like a stretch to think he might have known about the truck's availability that night. Does anyone have more info on whether there was any forensic evidence found in the truck that might tie it back to Hescock or another person of interest? It seems like this could have been a critical piece in figuring out what happened that night.
