Hi everyone, I've been thinking about Lee Butler's case lately and something about the day he disappeared really stands out to me. It's a little detail, but his choice of outfit is intriguing. He was wearing a full suit with a lavender shirt and a Masonic ring—it’s such a formal outfit for someone just heading home. Makes me wonder if he had been attending a special event that day or perhaps meeting someone important? It could have been routine for him, but that kind of elegance doesn’t seem like an everyday choice, especially for someone his age and with his condition. Has anyone looked into where he was before trying to get home that day? If he was with someone who noticed something unusual, that could provide a fresh angle on this. Does anyone know what places he frequented or anyone he might have been keen on meeting for dinner or an early evening gathering? I feel like this case deserves another look from a new perspective. Thoughts?
Most folks remember Lee Butler for his impeccable style—he was never seen without his suit and Masonic ring. It's strange how someone so easily recognizable could just vanish. I'm curious about his route home. Did investigators ever retrace his steps? Given his Alzheimer's, it seems possible he could have wandered off course. Were there any sightings along his usual path? With so little info, maybe they've missed something that could pinpoint a new area to search. If you were in Memphis around that time, do you remember noticing anything odd in the neighborhood, particularly near known construction sites or secluded areas? Anything could help.
