I’ve been following the case of Syed Arif Blackwell, and it’s so frustrating how little information there is. I can only imagine the loss his family and friends must feel, not even having closure. In a city dealing with so much violence back in 2009, it’s scary to think about how many families out there are still waiting for answers. You’d think with today’s technology, even old cases could find new leads, but it’s like Syed and so many others just slipped through the cracks. It makes you wonder what more can be done to bring justice, or even just peace, to those left behind. If anyone hears any updates or sees anything in the news, please share—It’s important we keep these stories alive. Sending thoughts to everyone connected to Syed during this difficult and uncertain time.
