I've been following Robert Spellman's case for a while now, and something that's been bothering me is the connection between him and the landlord, especially since the landlord was a friend of Spellman's business partner. It's too much of a coincidence that the eviction notice happened right before he went missing. Does anyone else feel like there's more to this landlord connection than we've been told? Maybe they should dig deeper into the interactions between these three. It just seems odd that someone as meticulous as Spellman would let his place fall into disarray unless something truly unexpected happened. Thoughts?

Has anyone looked into the landlord friend who's connected to Spellman's business partner? It seems like an interesting angle, especially with the timing of the eviction notice and Spellman's sudden disappearance. Maybe there's more here than meets the eye, especially since his place was found in such a state of disarray. If this was unlike him, could there have been some kind of confrontation? I'm curious if anyone has dug deeper into this relationship or if there were any disputes leading up to his disappearance. Could there be some connection with the suggested trip to Las Vegas that hasn't been explored enough? Just trying to piece things together, and this part of the story seems like a potential puzzle piece. Thoughts?
