I've been following Edward Tandler's case, and something has been nagging at me. Why would someone leave behind all their personal belongings if they were planning to return? Especially things like his mineral collection and photographs of his daughter, which seemed to hold a lot of sentimental value for him. It just doesn't sit right with me. It feels like he was planning on coming back, right? That makes me wonder if maybe he got sidetracked on his way to the DMV, or if something happened when he left his friend’s place. Given his transient lifestyle, was foul play considered or was it assumed he might've just wandered off? It’s puzzling. If anyone local has any insights or remembers seeing something unusual around that time, it could really help piece things together.
