It's been years since Kevin Elkins vanished, and what stands out to me is the unique way he adorned himself with feathers and trinkets. It's such a distinctive trait that surely someone would remember seeing him after he went missing. I wonder if anyone who frequented that bank around 10th and Oak or maybe the shelters noticed this and thought to speak up. Those small details could be key in jogging witnesses' memories. With his visible scars and unique style, it feels like recognizing him wouldn't be that difficult. It's sad that even these significant identifiers haven’t led to any solid leads. Has anyone heard if the police are looking into known associates from his usual circles in the community? Maybe someone out there knows more than they realize.
