Does anyone else remember the surge in gun violence around Philly back in 2011? I can't help but think about Raymond Smalley today. It's baffling how after all these years, his case is still unsolved. I imagine the pain his family is going through, just waiting for any bit of news. It really makes you want to scream out for change, for more resources dedicated to unsolved cases like his. All these families deserve closure. Maybe there's someone out there who knows something but hasn't spoken up yet. The tiniest detail might be what his loved ones need to finally find peace.
