Does anyone else find it intriguing how detailed the description of Doretha's physical features is? Especially the tattoo of the "S" on her right hand and the broken pinky. It seems like such specific identifiers could lead to more recognition or tips, yet the case remains cold. It makes me wonder how many people might have seen her but didn’t know she was missing. With such distinct characteristics, you would think someone, somewhere, might have noticed or remembered something unusual from that day. If you're from the Mobile area or know people who lived there in 2007, maybe sharing this info could jog someone's memory. It’s baffling that with so many identifiers, there’s been no significant leads after all these years. Thoughts?
Wow, just stumbled across Doretha Williams' case and found it so intriguing yet baffling! I haven't seen much discussion about the area where she was last seen, near Rylands Street and Congress Street in Mobile, back in 2007. Could anyone familiar with that spot around then shed some light on what it was like? Was it bustling with activity, or more on the quiet side? I'm curious if her disappearance might be linked to the environment there at the time. Also, how thorough do you think the initial search efforts by the local police were right after it all happened? Feel like getting more context around her surroundings might help in piecing things together, even after all these years. ?
