Has anyone else looked into the area surrounding 400 South and 1300 East where Jeffrey was last seen? It seems like a pretty populated part of Salt Lake City. With him being on foot and not feeling well, I'm curious if anyone in that area noticed anything unusual back then, especially given his need for medication. Do you guys think someone might have picked him up or offered help, and it somehow wasn't reported or remembered? It's been so long, yet it feels like there might still be someone who saw something. Just thinking out loud, but any input from locals or those familiar with the neighborhood back in the '80s might shed some light on this.

I've been looking into the case of Jeffrey Lynn O'Carroll and had a thought about his disappearance. Has anyone considered the possibility that he might have sought shelter or assistance from a local group or community organization on that day? Given that he was without a vehicle and not feeling well, perhaps he tried to find someplace nearby where he could rest or get help. I'm curious if any organizations or shelters in the area have been re-interviewed over the years. Sometimes people around them hold key pieces of information without realizing it. It just seems like if he was on foot and wearing that distinctive hospital attire, someone might have noticed or remembered seeing him. Curious if anyone else has considered this angle or if there are any local historians here who might know more about the community resources that were available at the time.

Does anyone have more info on what Jeffrey might have been wearing apart from the hospital attire? I know he was last seen in green hospital clothes, but did he have anything like a jacket or maybe a bag with him? It was the end of August, so it might have been cool in the morning or at night. Also, knowing he was on foot, I wonder if he had any go-to spots in Salt Lake City where he used to walk or hang out. Familiar places can sometimes shed light on where he might have headed. His schizophrenia and need for medication are worrying, but maybe understanding his daily habits could help. Any thoughts or clues would be great to discuss.
