Hi all, I've been following the Mark Williams case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who are left in the dark seeking justice. I wanted to bring up the issue of community involvement. It's frustrating to see how fear of retaliation keeps people from coming forward with what they might know. I understand the fear is real and deeply ingrained, but how can we as a community work together to change this? Perhaps establishing anonymous tip lines or community-led forums where people feel safe to share information could help? It feels like the community has a role to play in breaking this cycle. Thoughts? Sending strength to everyone impacted by this tragic and ongoing situation.

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Mark Williams' case lately, especially about how it fits into this larger pattern of unsolved homicides in Pittsburgh’s Black communities. It's incredibly frustrating to see so many families like Mark's left without answers for years. These unsolved cases keep piling up, and it's just not right. Community trust seems to be a real issue here, and I can't help but wonder how that trust can be rebuilt. What efforts are being made to improve communication between the community and the police? Has there been any outreach or initiatives to address the fear of retaliation? These families deserve justice and closure. If anyone has insights or updates on efforts to increase community safety and trust, I’d love to hear them. It’s so important we keep this conversation going and do all we can to support those affected.
