I've always found it chilling how Deborah Poe seemed to vanish into thin air during her shift at the Circle K. One small detail that doesn't get mentioned often is how her personal items, including her purse and even her paycheck, were left untouched in her car. It's as if she stepped out intending to return in a moment. The lack of struggle makes me wonder if she stepped out willingly to meet someone, maybe someone she knew or trusted, which could explain the staged look of the store. The mystery man in the Megadeth t-shirt seen behind the counter still baffles me. What if it wasn't a random stranger but someone she knew enough to allow inside? The notion that he was calm and composed while behind the register is just unsettling. It's just one of those cases that makes you wish you could rewind time and watch the events unfold to understand how a life can disappear so quickly. Anyone have thoughts on the possibility of her leaving the store willingly due to someone she recognized or felt safe with?
