Does anyone else find it incredibly strange that none of Kiplyn's classmates have provided the location of her remains, even after all these years? I mean, Timmy Brent Olsen admitting to manslaughter but staying silent on where they left her—it just continues to baffle me. It feels like there's this code of silence or some pact that even the harshest consequences for perjury couldn't break. I’ve been following this case, and the fact that multiple people were charged for lying really makes you wonder about the social dynamics at play back then. What was going on within that group? Was there a fear of someone or something more than the law itself? My thoughts are with Kiplyn’s family, who must feel the weight of this silence every single day. It’s unimaginable. Thoughts?

I was reading through some old articles and discussions about Kiplyn Davis, and something struck me about her case that doesn't get a ton of attention: the role her school could have played in those critical early hours. It's so strange to me that someone can just vanish from a school without being noticed. Her personal belongings were left in her locker, so she clearly didn't plan on leaving. It makes me wonder about the school's duty of care back then. Was there a protocol for when a student didn't show up to afternoon classes after being present in the morning? Did anyone notice she was missing or raise any alarms? Especially since it was a time without smartphones, was there enough urgency, or could something have been done differently right from the start? I know hindsight is 20/20, but it feels like there might have been missed opportunities to act more swiftly.
