I’ve been thinking a lot about the bystander effect in Norman Fletcher’s case. It's haunting to know that a life was taken in broad daylight on a busy street, yet information remains scarce. There could have been so many potential witnesses, but people might not have realized the extent of what was happening or, perhaps, they were too afraid to come forward. I understand fear can be a powerful silencer, but I really hope someone finds the courage to speak up. Norman’s family deserves answers and closure. If you're reading this and you know even the smallest detail about that day, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Every little piece of information might be crucial. Sending strength to Norman’s loved ones during this difficult time.
