I've been following William Sky Weinischke's case, and something that's really curious to me is his missed DMV appointment in San Diego. Given that it was a significant reason for his planned return from Mexicali, I wonder if something happened in those last few days that prevented him from getting back. Did he change his plans last minute? Did he have any known issues crossing back into the U.S. or had he mentioned having other commitments in that timeframe? Not to mention, crossing borders can sometimes bring unforeseen complications. If he had indeed planned to come back, it's strange he didn't at least contact someone to reschedule. Anyone have more insight on his movements during those final days before November 5th?
