I've been following this case closely, and one thing that really strikes me is the impact on Thomas Cheeks's barbershop and what it meant to the Crafton Heights community. It wasn't just a place to get a haircut—Thomas's shop was a hub where neighbors could gather, catch up, and share a laugh. His generosity and spirit have been mentioned in so many tributes. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for his family, especially knowing anyone who visited the shop would have seen how much pride he took in his work and his community. I hope that the increased reward encourages someone with information to finally step forward. This loss is not just a void for his family but for all of us who felt his kindness. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this senseless act.
