Has anyone looked into the shelters around the area where Steven used to stay before he went missing? It seems like he relied on them a lot for meals and possibly more. Maybe someone from the staff or other residents might remember something from that time. It's been a long time, but people sometimes remember the regulars. Also, since he had a history of mental illness, could he have moved on to another area, like another city or town with shelter facilities, especially after being denied the apartment? Just thinking someone from the shelter community might have more insight into his routine and who he might've interacted with. It’s worth reaching out to those who were around back then.

Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the night Steven Raymond disappeared? I've been following this case and couldn't help but wonder if the elements played a role in what might have happened. I did some digging and found that the weather in New Britain around late July could be pretty unpredictable. It's possible there could have been rain or a cold snap that night, which might have put him in a vulnerable situation. Maybe he sought shelter somewhere else and just never came back? If anyone has access to historical weather data for that area, it might provide some new insights into what happened or where he could have gone. Just a thought!

I’ve been digging into Steven Raymond's case and something’s been puzzling me—his choice to sleep on South Street. I know he had been living outdoors for a few months, but does anyone have more context about why he chose that particular location? Was it just familiar, or was there something else about it that made him feel safe? It seems curious that he left his parents' home with the plan to stay there and then vanished without a trace. His sleeping bag and belongings being left behind make it seem like he didn’t intend to leave suddenly. Could this location have drawn the attention of someone else passing by? If anyone has more insight or has looked into the specifics of that area back in '98, it might help piece things together. It's been over 25 years, but hoping someone out there might remember something useful.
