It pains me to think that Cejay Jones' case is still without resolution even after all this time. Something that stood out to me is the role of Pittsburgh's ShotSpotter technology in this case. It's a powerful tool that can quickly alert authorities to gunfire and potentially save lives. However, while ShotSpotter helped police respond rapidly to Cejay's shooting, it sadly wasn't enough to identify any suspects or bring forth any solid leads. I can only imagine the frustration and sadness Cejay's family must feel knowing that we have technology that can detect gunshots but are still missing that crucial piece to solve the puzzle of who took him from them. So, if there's anyone out there who knows something, please come forward. Bringing peace to this family means more than words can express.

I was reading more about Cejay's case today and was really struck by the role of the ShotSpotter system. I had no idea that such technology exists to alert police to gunfire so quickly. It's both reassuring and frustrating to know that despite this tech, Cejay's case remains unsolved. It just goes to show how much more is needed beyond technology to truly get justice, like community cooperation and credible witness accounts. I can't imagine the agony his family must feel, having lost such a young life and not having any answers yet. I hope more people come forward, as any small detail could finally help bring some closure to his loved ones.
