Hey sleuths, I came across something intriguing while looking into Phillip Jason Modlin's case. Apparently, Phillip was a student at Dayton Barber College, which might be an angle worth exploring further. I keep wondering if there's someone at the college who might remember anything unusual around the time he disappeared. It seems odd that someone like Phillip, who was committed to his education and future career, would just vanish without a trace. Maybe there were classmates or instructors who noticed something off in his behavior? Or perhaps someone at the school could provide more context about the last couple of days leading up to February 17, 2004. It feels like any small detail could be the key to unlocking this case, and revisiting the school environment might shed some light. Thoughts?
